- 2438 Concord St, Walnut Hills (mixed-use, 1880). Public nuisance demolition. Owned by the City, the building was one of several selected for demolition as part of a long-term neighborhood redevelopment strategy.
- 763 Wayne St, Walnut Hills (two-family, 1880). Condemned due to a roof collapse, the building was purchased and razed by the neighboring property owner.
- 2407 Symmes St, Walnut Hills (single-family, 1895). Purchased in November 2010 and razed by adjacent property owner Superior Linen and Apparel.
