- Forty-four photos of the City Home project were posted to Building Cincinnati, taken during a media event hosted by Over-the-Rhine Community Housing, Eber Development, Schickel Design, and 3CDC.
- In Northside, Cincinnati City Council approved $1 million in capital funding for road improvements to Rockford Place in anticipation of CitiRAMA 2009.
- A dilapidated drug house in College Hill was razed for redevelopment by Working in Neighborhoods.
