- In Corryville, Cincinnati City Council approved a zoning change for the construction of two new six-unit apartment buildings and the rehabilitation of an existing ten-unit building.
- Cincinnati City Council approved an ordinance that would allow for the addition of three parking decks to Downtown's 7th Street Garage.
- Nine model homes and six lots were available in Silverton's Andrew Acres subdivision, with houses priced from $173,000 to $230,600.
- A fire-damaged Walnut Hills house was razed by the City.
