Remembering Cincinnati, 3/17/09

Three years ago:
  • I visited White Oak, Westwood, Cheviot, and Monfort Heights.*

Two years ago:
  • In Walnut Hills, the Overlook at Eden Park was up to three floors of structural steel.
  • Northside's American Can Factory Square was still seeking a rezoning from manufacturing use to planned development district (PD-47).
One year ago:
  • New Northside photos were added to the Building Cincinnati galleries.
  • UBS Financial Services Inc. announced it was leaving Downtown's 580 Building to become the first office tenant at Kenwood Towne Place.
  • The Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments was holding public meetings in Northern Kentucky for the OKI 2030 Regional Transportation Plan update.
  • A Fairview house that had been a hotbed of criminal activity was razed.
