Remembering Cincinnati, 3/10/09

Two years ago:
  • Restaurant Depot won a 15-year property tax exemption for a new food service supply warehouse in Winton Place.
  • Rubin Pachulski Properties was seeking approval for a 3,000-square-foot retail building in Sycamore Township.
  • Price Hill was added to the Building Cincinnati photo galleries.
  • I visited Clifton and Walnut Hills.
One year ago:
  • New Downtown and Over-the-Rhine photos were added to the Building Cincinnati galleries.
  • Over-the-Rhine's Meiner Flats was fast-tracked for demolition.
  • The Land Development Council of Northern Kentucky held a forum to discuss the challenges of urban development and the status of riverfront projects.
  • A Lower Price Hill building that had been vacant for several years was demolished in emergency fashion after it started spilling bricks.
