Cause of death: A roof collapse, cracked concrete block, deteriorating steps, and the structure filled with trash. The hillside on which the house was built began to shift, leading to condemnation in January 2007.
The house was declared a public nuisance in March 2007. The owner had apparently passed away, and no one stepped in to take care of the property. It was razed by the City.
