Here are a few photo updates of smaller projects taken within the past month.
The first shots show 1236-1238 Elsinore, a two-unit infill project being built in Mount Adams by Mardis & Meehan Construction.
Also in Mount Adams, it appears that a planned development by JFP Group at 372-376 Baum Street has been shelved, as the land is now up for sale.
No action has taken the place at 375 Oregon Street since at least November 2007.
Finally, the slideshow concludes with brief looks at the new Parker School in Madisonville and 4151 Allendale, a condo conversion in Oakley.
