One year ago:
- Cincinnati City Council approved both the Kennedy Heights Urban Design Plan and the Kennedy Heights Urban Design Overlay District.
- The Ohio Department of Development put an application for Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credits to rehabiliate the Glencoe-Auburn Place Row Houses and Glencoe-Auburn Hotel on "45-day notice".
- The Northside HOME houses were dedicated, but still required a few finishing touches such as landscaping.
- Cincinnati City Council took actions to formally split the Department of Community Development and Planning.
- A derelict two-family in Avondale was razed by Southern Baptist Church.
- I visited Westwood, Lower Price Hill and Clifton.*
