These are the top five most popular articles on Building Cincinnati for the month of October 2008.

1) Demolition begins on historic Sedamsville church (10/2/08)
Demolition began on the historic St. Martin's Evangelical Church to make way for new condominiums, and a neighbor was there to get some photographs.

2) Kennedy Heights Urban Design Plan approved (12/24/07)
Cincinnati City Council unanimously approved the Kennedy Heights Urban Design Plan and the Kennedy Heights Urban Overlay District, setting ground rules for the type and appearance of business and residential development along the Montgomery Road corridor.

The Werk Mansion on Fleetwood Avenue in Westwood was auctioned off by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office and picked up by Deutsche Bank for the minimum bid of $266,000.
