The design team of the Uptown Parks Study will be presenting their findings in a public meeting Thursday at 5:30 PM at the MERC Center, 620 Oak Street.The meeting was arranged by the Uptown Consortium after several Uptown stakeholders expressed interest in the topic.
A draft master plan was presented in public meetings in late 2006.
This will be the final presentation of the study before a final report is issued.
The Uptown Parks and Neighborhood Revitalization Plan is a joint effort between the Uptown Consortium and the Cincinnati Park Board to improve the appearance, funding and maintenance of parks in Avondale, Clifton, Corryville, CUF and Mount Auburn with the goal of promoting neighborhood revitalization.
