Construction is humming along on the fourth building at Marburg Square in Oakley.
The Ackermann Group is building 78 condos around a common courtyard at Marburg Avenue and Wasson Road, near Hyde Park Plaza.
The units are priced from $229,900-$279,900.
Buildout of the $25 million is expected in 2010.
