Cause of death: Collapsing porch, deteriorated gutters, missing or rotting siding and numerous openings allowing water in, causing structural damage. The house was vacant and often vandalized, requiring City barricading on several occasions to keep out people who would go in there and drink. The City condemned the house in December 2006 and it was declared a public nuisance in August. It was razed by the City.
