There seems to be an emerging trend in the local real estate market - agents starting their own blogs.

Jami Stutzman of Sibcy Cline Realtors writes the latest to emerge, Keepin' it REAL Estate.

Not only does she include tips for both sellers and buyers, but she also posts local market stats from time to time. And the analysis of those numbers is always interesting to read from an agent's point of view.

Jami says that a class on blogging is now offered as part of the continuing education cirriculum for real estate license holders, which means that we might be seeing more and more real estate blogs in the near future.
