The two most recent houses are completed, and concrete foundations are in place for two more at Cottage Hill in Columbia Tusculum.
Cottage Hill Development LLC is building 34 single-family homes along Strafer Street, and building is now in the second phase.
The homes are being sold for $415,000-$450,000. Five are currently available.
