Voting closes for the eighth annual Weblog Awards on Friday at 10 PM EST, so make sure that the local bloggers are well-represented by submitting your votes.
Voting rules are available on the website.
Once finalists are announced, voting will re-open from January 22-31 and winners will be posted between March 9-11.
The winners will receive some kind of certificate and maybe $20.07.
Bloggers will receive their awards at this year's South by Southwest Interactive Festival in Austin, Texas, March 9-18. (Winners will, of course, have to pay their own way to Austin - or join the ceremony from their home on IRC.)
