Cause of death: Structural damage at the rear of the property, mortar failure with falling bricks, water damage, broken windows and being open to the elements. It was first condemned in March 2004, but then changed owners a couple of times. The last owner had a family emergency and tried to sell it, with no success. This may eventually go to court. It was finally declared a public nuisance in April and was razed by the City.
