Victory and McMillan photo update, 12/17/07

Relatively simple construction methods and materials means that this new Skyline Chili at Victory and McMillan is going up quickly.

KMS Realty is developing this 3,600-square-foot restaurant at a cost of between $1.3 million and $1.6 million.

The current Walnut Hills restaurant, located adjacent to this site, will be leased to Taco Casa upon this building's completion.

This is the most exciting development in Cincinnati in perhaps the last 50 years.
