Glendale Holiday Home Tour & Craft Fair on Saturday

Six historic Glendale homes will be decorated for the holidays and a celebration will take place on Village Square on Saturday.

Homes on the tour include the McCormick House, the James C. Richardson House, the Bartlett-Goldsmith-Sawyer House, the Herman Igler House, the Douglas-Giaque House and "Ashlea" at 825 Greenville Avenue, as well as a 2005 home in the new Carruther's Pond subdivision.

The self-guided home tours run from 11 AM-4 PM.

The Craft Fair will take place from 9 AM-5 PM at the Harry Whiting Brown Scout House, at the corner of Sharon and Willow avenues.

At 4 PM, the Village Square will be the site of a holiday celebration featuring Santa's arrival, caroling, and refreshments.

Tickets for the Home Tour & Craft Fair can be purchased for $20 the day of the event at the Harry Whiting Brown Community Center, Sharon and Willow avenues.

Tickets can also be bought today at Agricola Redesign, the Century House, Glendale Florist and Piazza Discepoli.

The Village Square celebration is free.
