Enquirer: Updates on several stories

Here are a few updates from the Cincinnati Enquirer within the past week:

Demand for office space in Neyer's Keystone Park development is high. Neyer Properties is expected to move into the 69,000-square-foot first phase along with two other un-named tenants, and the American Red Cross has signed a letter of intent for a 50,000-square-foot building on the Evanston campus.

Restaurant Depot has opened its 55,000-square-foot warehouse on W Mitchell Avenue in Spring Grove Village. The wholesaler sells restaurant supplies - including food - to bars, restaurants and non-profit groups.

The $12 million renovation of the Booth Residence in College Hill was completed with a ribbon cutting on December 11. The Booth Residence is an eight-story, 150-unit apartment assistant living facility operated by the Salvation Army.

The owners of Northgate Mall will not work with Colerain Township to establish a tax increment financing district for a gateway featuring a clock tower and/or water feature, opting instead to go it alone. Ostensibly, this is because of the comment of a township trustee about how he wanted "something different" for the site. I'm with him.
