New medical office building for Norwood

A new medical office building is coming to the Montgomery Road corridor.

Pre-leasing has begun on the project at 2064 Lawrence Avenue, between Montgomery Road and Walter Avenue.

The new construction will be somewhere around 20,000 square feet with rents of $13.50-$14.75 per square foot.

The land had previously been zoned for residential use.

Construction is expected some time next year.
