Cause of death: There were actually two buildings on the property, both of which had major roof damage, causing water damage inside. The Cincinnati Northside Community Urban Redvelopment Corporation had planned to rehab the corner building into two units and to demolish the other structure for parking and a yard. Both were deemed too costly to save. In the future, the lot will be filled with an environmentally-friendly single-family home designed by Alice Emmons.
