Lofts @ 4120 photo update, 10/13/07

Structural work continues at the Lofts @ 4120 in Oakley.

Seven Hills Development Corp. is building this six-story, 20-unit condo project at the end of Allendale Drive, adjacent to the Hyde Park County Club golf course.

The Greater Cincinnati MLS lists eleven units for sale from $780,000 to $975,000.

Cole + Russell Architects designed the project.

This was a very difficult project to photograph. I was photographing into the sun, so I apologize for the poor quality and the blurry shots.
