58 Newport photos added

I have just added 58 photos from several Newport neighborhoods.

First, I have split up the East Row photos into two folders, Gateway and Mansion Hill. I then added 5 photos to Gateway (total 8) and 4 photos to the Mansion Hill section (total 24).

I have also added galleries for the following:

* Buena Vista (10 photos)
* Two Rivers I (7 photos)
* Newport on the Levee (5 photos)
* Cote Brilliante (4 photos)
* Clifton (3 photos)
* Two Rivers II (2 photos)
