23 Covington photos added

Twenty-three photos have been added to the galleries.

I have killed the Covington and Covington Arts District galleries, and I've moved those photos to the following:

* MainStrasse: 44 photos (+23, includes Pike St)
* Covington Downtown: 25 photos (+24)
* Ohio Riverside: 24 photos (+4)
* Licking Riverside: 18 photos (+1)
* Wallace Woods: 10 photos (+1)

I have also created these new galleries:

* Linden Grove: 11 photos (+11)
* Austinburg: 5 photos (+5)
* Seminary Square: 4 photos (+4)
* East Side: 3 photos (+3)
* Mutter Gottes: 1 photo (+1)
