An article in Saturday's Enquirer mentions that Rehabarama will be going on in the Covington Arts District on June 10, from 11 AM-4 PM.
Seventeen properties in various states of rehab will be opened up with a representative at each to answer questions. Real estate and financial experts will also be available.
This is an excellent opportunity for rehabbers of historic buildings to gain some knowledge, to get a few ideas, and to meet other people in the industry.
I went to the one they held in 2005. It's a great opportunity for photo taking.
The cost is $5. Tickets are available at the Goose Girl Fountain in MainStrasse and at the Pike Street Press (222 Pike St). Info: 859-491-2220, Ext. 29.
