East End gallery added, some changes made

The East End gallery has been added at the bottom of the page. There are currently 12 photos in the gallery.

Also, ten photos were added to the Downtown gallery. However, eight were moved from the Downtown gallery to create a Fountain Square gallery (8 photos in all), and two photos of Great American Ball Park were moved to the Landmarks gallery. So there are still 34 photos in the Downtown gallery.
