ORDERS: June 2004, ordered vacated and barricaded. Occupied illegally and cited for gutters and downspouts, cornice, siding, windows, exterior hand rails, fire doors and separations, smoke detectors, plaster, wallpaper and paint, and doors. Ordered vacated and barricaded in January 2006. A civil fine was issued in May 2006, then another a month later. Reissued in November 2006. A criminal case was filed in October 2007, but never served. Orders to a new owner to keep the building vacated and barricaded in December 2008. In December 2009, a criminal case was prepared but never filed.
CONDEMNED: July 2011, citing the failure of a front addition, roof, chimney, gutters, soffit, masonry walls, broken and missing windows, water damaged ceilings and walls, and litter and debris. Reissued to new owner in November 2011. A criminal case was filed in March 2012. No-show for court in June 2012.
HAZARD: August 2012.
REASON RAZED: Declared a public nuisance and entered into the City's hazard abatement program. Demolished using Moving Ohio Forward program funding.
