ORDERS: January 2003, for exterior paint. Orders reissued in June 2005. The owner was an elderly woman on a fixed income, and efforts to get her help through People Working Cooperatively, the Home Ownership Center of Greater Cincinnati, and other agencies was fruitless. Orders were reissued in June 2008, adding siding and trash. No response from the owner, it was likely abandoned. The house was ordered barricaded in February 2009, then ordered vacated and barricaded in June 2009. A criminal case was filed in May 2010.
CONDEMNED: September 2012, adding broken windows, deteriorated stone foundation, missing and vandalized mechanicals, and a lack of utilities. It was discovered that the owner was deceased, and no probate records were available.
HAZARD: November 2012, adding high weeds and missing downspouts.
REASON RAZED: Declared a public nuisance and entered into the City's hazard abatement program.
