ORDERS: Struck by a car in March 2008.
CONDEMNED: December 2010, for gutters and downspouts, cornice, siding, windows, damage to load bearing wall framing, plaster walls and ceilings, plumbing and electrical systems, and a lack of utility service. Another (???) car into building? Reissued to new owner in March 2011. A civil fine was issued in January 2012. Some work was done, but progress was slow and the Board of Housing Appeals in October 2012 denied a suspension of Vacant Building Maintenance License fees.
