Following public hearings held March 29 by the Department of Community Development, Property Maintenance Code Enforcement, the following 16 buildings have been declared a public nuisance:

Following public hearings held May 17 by the Department of Community Development, Property Maintenance Code Enforcement, the following 21 buildings have been declared a public nuisance:
A public nuisance declaration subjects these buildings to demolition by governmental action, pending historic review, the awarding of bids, and the issuance of permits.
