Cincinnati issues request for market analysis, brokerage consultant

The City of Cincinnati Economic Development Division has issued a request for qualifications (RFQs) for providers of residential and commercial development market feasibility analysis and brokerage services.

Contract services will be provided on an as-needed basis and may cover multiple development sites, and the results will be used to pursue redevelopment strategies with prospective developers.

"The consultant may be required to provide more or less services as specifically detailed in the actual project's scope of services, depending on the circumstances of a particular development site the City is interested in," says Katrina Gragston, senior economic development analyst.

Consultants may bid on the market feasibility study, brokerage services, or both.

RFQs will be accepted until 4:00 P.M. on January 11, 2013 and must be submitted to: Deanna Brown, Interim City Purchasing Agent, Purchasing Division, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 234, Cincinnati, OH 45202.

Questions about the RFQ should be directed to Gragston at: Katrina Gragston, Senior Economic Development Analyst, Economic Development Division, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 700, Cincinnati OH, 45202. Questions can also be submitted by e-mail at katrina.gragston@cincinnati-oh.gov, or by fax at (513) 352-6124.
