The following 18 photos were taken on August 18, 2012, and feature buildings under construction or recently completed in Mount Adams. Unfortunately, I was unable to make it over to Hatch Street or Fort View Place, where there are several single-family homes under construction.

1. 425 Oregon Street, being built by Definitive Space Design Ltd. Not currently listed for sale, but listed for $1.3 million a couple of years ago.
