HAZARD: January 2005. Involved in a City lawsuit in which Judge Nadel ruled that the building was not a public nuisance, as it met minimum City standards. The case was appealed and returned for enforcement. By now, vagrants were living in the house, and it was identified as a problem property by Corryville Community Council. Re-issued in November 2010. The son of the deceased owners let the building go into tax foreclosure. Criminal status.
CONDEMNED: September 2004, for siding, guardrail, windows, structural members, and foundation. Vermin had begun to infest the property. Re-issued in July 2006, title ownership still unclear. Issued again in April 2010.
ORDERS: June 2001, ordered vacated and barricaded. Owners deceased, heirs not interested in probating the estate.
REASON RAZED: Declared a public nuisance and entered into the City's hazard abatement program.
