  • 452 Strafer St, Columbia Tusculum (single-family, 1895). Also razed by Cottage Hill Development LLC for new single-family construction.
  • 305 W 5th St, Downtown (commercial, 1875). Long eyed for residential or mixed-use redevelopment, the building fell into hazard status and was demolished following findings that the building had been too heavily altered to remain subject to historic district regulations.
  • 1207 Neff Ave, Lower Price Hill (single-family, 1884). Public nuisance demolition, owner deceased.
  • 263 McCullough St, East End (single-family, 1900). Destroyed with adjacent building in a two-alarm fire on November 18, 2010.

  • 1742 Larch Ave, College Hill (single-family, 1952). Razed by Ohio Presbterian Retirement Services, which operates the surrounding Llanfair Retirement Community. No code violations.

  • 1618 Pleasant St, Over-the-Rhine (single-family, 1927). Public nuisance demolition, fast-tracked due to the collapse of one of 1616 Pleasant St's walls during a New Year's Eve fire.
