- The River West Working Group asked Cincinnati City Council to reject a report calling for an industrial use for the former Hilltop Basic Resources property in Lower Price Hill, calling the report "unacceptable".
- Installation of the second annual Flower Carpet began on Fountain Square.
- In Camp Washington, a mixed-use building was razed for no apparent reason.
