Cause of death: Extensive fire damage from a two-alarm, threatening the adjacent buildings on both sides. The roof, right-side bearing wall, and front gable wall collapsed into the driveway and street, and structural supports weakened to the point where they could no longer bear any loads.

The house was condemned in February 2009, then immediately entered into emergency hazard abatement. It was razed by the City.

This was a house identified as a neighborhood blight during the 2007 Neighborhood Enhancement Program, and was passed around by multiple LLCs.
