Remembering Cincinnati, 8/11/09

One year ago:

  • Photos of Downtown, Salsa Night on Fountain Square, Over-the-Rhine, East Price Hill and Mansion Hill were added to the Building Cincinnati galleries.
  • Cincinnati City council adopted an ordinance allowing the City to craft an agreement with 3CDC to manage the development of Fifth and Race.
  • Construction photos were posted of the St. Elizabeth Medical Center project in Covington. the Great American Tower at Queen City Square, Brodbeck Park in Westwood, and the new Target store in Westwood.
  • The East Price Hill Kroger, Village at Stetson Square, Carson School, Homes at Hillside Place, and English Woods were evaluated for their neighborhood walkability using the online Walk Score tool.
  • A Sedamsville house with severe structural problems was razed by its owner.
