- Montgomery Row Townhomes: Nine new townhomes by Chrisman Building Group at the corner of Main Street and Remington Road in Montgomery, priced at over $700,000.
- Sands Montessori School: An 84,143-square-foot school for 650 students at 6421 Corbly Road in Mount Washington, scheduled for completion in spring 2010.
- 1720-1722 Pleasant Street: Exterior work being done on three condominiums and a single-family house near Findlay Market by Urban Studio, LLC.
