Two new Energy Star-rated houses are being built by Tanner Custom Homes in Mount Washington.
Located at 6654 Corbly Road, each is listed by Coldwell Banker West Shell for $209,000 and feature three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths.
Each house is expected to contain a gas fireplace, wood floors, deck, and attached two-car garage.
Both also feature a 10-year tax abatement, with an additional $8,000 tax credit if built and closed by November 30, 2009.
Tanner Custom Homes holds the adjacent property at 6612-6648 Corbly Road, on which it proposed a 14-unit townhome development called Magnolia Place in 2007.
According to the builder's website, work on that project was supposed to begin in March.
