Cincinnati may appropriate $95K for community housing

Cincinnati City Council is considering an ordinance that would transfer $95,000 to meet increasing demand by community housing development organizations.

Community Development Corporation Association of Greater Cincinnati, which administers the funding, has increased its outreach and has exceeded its original estimation for the amount of operating assistance needed.

If passed, the funding would be transferred from the Cincinnati Homeowners Infill and Rehab Program into the Neighborhood Capacity Building and Technical Assistance account.
