Cause of death: Damage from four separate arson fires and a large hole in the roof.

It was condemned in September 2006 and declared a public nuisance in October 2006. A criminal case was filed soon after, and the owner was entered into a diversion program.

In late 2007, the owner's son began work (including roof repairs) but found the project too difficult to tackle. The house was razed by the City following asbestos abatement.

This block is now almost entirely vacant.
