On Saturday, Libby Hunter and Jami Stutzman of Comey & Shepherd Realtors and ENCORE Cincinnati conducted a tour of several rehabilitation projects in Over-the-Rhine's Gateway Quarter, led by Stacy Rickert of Huff Realty.
Fourteenth and Vine, a nine-unit condominium project being built by the Model Group, is scheduled for completion this spring.
The redevelopment is part of the third phase of 3CDC's Gateway Quarter project, a $30.3 million project that includes 106 for-sale housing units and over 15,000 square feet of commercial space.
