Wrecking Cincinnati, 10/13/08

1024 Sturm Street, East Price Hill
Two-family
DOB: 1900
Died: September 2008
Cause of death: Fire damage to the walls and structural members, making the building unsafe. Siding was hanging off of the house, and debris was scattered throughout the lot. The building was vacant at the time.

It was condemned in May 2008. The property then came under control of US Bank through a sheriff's sale as a result of foreclosure.

The structure was razed by the bank. Coldwell Banker West Shell has been marketing the lot for $2,000 since June.
