Cause of death: Boarded windows, missing roofing and siding leading to water damage, and a collapsing front porch. The City was forced to barricade the house on a couple of occasions.

It was condemned in December 2006. The owner failed to appear for pre-prosecution hearings, and criminal case was filed by the City in June 2007.

Since then, no repairs have been made. It was declared a public nuisance in April and was razed by the City.
