Lion Hill Estates drops prices

Lion Hill Estates, under construction at 577 Delta Avenue in Columbia Tusculum, has dropped their prices for the first four units.

Stephens Construction has dropped the price of the three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath condominiums from a high of $433,370-$458,175 down to $389,000.

All four units spent 363 days on the market without selling.

At buildout, Stephens Construction plans to build a total of 14 townhouse units around a common courtyard.

Construction has slowed to a crawl, and, with the poor sales, this project inspire confidence that it will ever be completed.
