Homes at Hillside Place photo update, 8/2/08

Work at the Homes at Hillside Place in Lower Price Hill has slowed to an absolute crawl, and could possibly be stalled.

Model Property Development is building five new three-bedroom homes at 1651-1667 State Avenue.

As of July 31, all of the listings had expired after spending 316 days on the market.

They have not been relisted.

The houses had been priced at $89,650 to be affordable to people at 80 percent of the area median income.
