Demolished to make way for the $6.8 million City Home development, a partnership between Over-the-Rhine Community Housing, Eber Development, and 3CDC that will contain 22 mixed-income townhome and condominium residential units and 1,600 square feet of commercial space. The building has been vacant for years, but was never condemned.
