Overlook at Eden Park and Stetson Square photo update, 7/6/08

Here are photos of two projects that are largely completed.

The Overlook at Eden Park is a 13-story, 24-unit condominium tower built by Joshua One on Luray Avenue, just across from Eden Park.

Many of the interior units appear unfinished, and 20 of them are still on the market for between $500,000 and $2.95 million.

Also pictured is the completed Block G of the Village at Stetson Square project at Bellevue Avenue and Stetson Street in Corryville.

Construction of this 12-unit building by Great Traditions Land and Development Company is the final piece of Phase I of the two-phased project.

A final development has not yet been approved for Phase II.
