Inside Parker Flats, 6/21/08

Parker Flats was recently open during the Ultimate Urban Tour of Living.

Middle Earth Developers is building the 57-unit condominium project at the corner of Fourth Street and Central Avenue.

Units available for viewing were all located on the second floor, providing access to the balcony overlooking Central Avenue.
