Riverstone Development Group reports that foundations are being poured for the first phase of Bradford Place in Madeira.
The first phase of Bradford Place will consist of 14 custom-built, Cape Cod-inspired townhomes of between 2,800 and 4,000 square feet.
Twelve additional units will be built in the second phase.
Being built off of Euclid Avenue and within walking distance of the business district and city services, the homes are expected to be a popular option for empty-nesters.
Site work for the development began in April, and an official groundbreaking was held in June.
Units in phase one are expected to be available for occupancy by year's end.
